Interview with Ken Struve and Rebecca McGinnis-co chairs of the Museum Access Consortium

Discussion of programmatic and physical access issues in museums and cultural institutions for visitors with disabilities, proactive strategies and programs offered by museums, ongoing issues, and relevant legislation. Information also provided on the role of the Museum Access Consortium, a group of approximately 100 representatives of museums/.institutions in the NY metro area dedicated to increased participation by visitors with disabilities. Expert speakers are Ken Struve who directs City Access New York and Rebecca McGinnis, Access Coordinator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art
